As an international student under the F-1 visa, you are exempt from FICA taxes if you have NOT been in the U.S. for more than five calendar years. Hence, if you arrived in the U.S. in 2004 or later, FICA taxes (which is actually 7.65%) should NOT be withheld.
The rest of the taxes are valid.
Contact your employer to get the FICA taxes already withheld and to stop further withholding. Use IRS Pub 519, page 46 - 51 as your authoritative source for your employer. You can download IRS Pub 519 from Internal Revenue Service (http://www.irs.gov).
