Is there an .iso with xp system file as I do not have a xp cdrom windows home edition and cannot boot up past black screen, so I cannot use system restore because it then continuously reboots.

Are you asking if people here on the forum can point you to a download of Windows? No, we can't.

Try to get into safe mode by tapping the F8 key on boot

If you can get into safe mode, try to do a system restore from there

You can ask around for anyone you may know that has a disk with XP and see if you can copy

If someone has pro edition and not home, that would do

Have you tried to get into safe mode

If you get a hold of an xp disc, try a repair installation

Repair Installation
A Repair Install will replace the system files with the files on the XP CD used for the Repair Install. It will leave your applications and settings intact, but Windows updates will need to be reapplied.
