Okay, me and my friends were arguing about if it's illegal to have 2 underaged teenagers to have sex. I think it is but people can't do anything about it unless put charges against them,or told the wrong people about it. Am I right, or am I wrong? :confused:

Depends on the state the laws vary. In some cases, if both are minors it may not be illegal.

Yes it is against the law, and as it always seems, guess who normally gets in the most trouble?? But both of the underage can be taken before the JUV court. After they get into the court, how the parents are willing to work with the court and what the court things is in the best interest of the child is reviewed.

It is against the law, but you're right at the part when there's nothing really anyone can do about it.

I don't know what the law is but as far as I'm concerned its harmless . There's a lot worse things you could do
