Hi I have heard about power plate for weight loss... is it good has anybody actually lost weight through that machine I'm really interested in knowing the facts on it...

I know someone that use this and it works. Personally I think that the machine is too big and costly. There are other machines out there that is cheaper and you can still get full body workout. If you like that machine but don't want to put out that much money you should take a look Soloflex, it is a simpler/cheaper version of the Power Plate and sells for just $395. I have the boflex in my house and it works great and help keep my body toned.
