I need to know all about above ground power lines including standard diameters and their ability to be bundled with other cables such as fiber optics and communication lines with their affect on each other.

What is above ground? In the Air? laying on top of the ground?
They can not be run in same conduit.

Like if the power lines and communication lines would be bundled or separate but become integrated into an elevated transit system. Thus replacing the existing power lines in a city
