General ideas I've used in the past:
Texted the picture(s) to my email address instead of another phone
Bluetooth them to you computer (if it has Bluetooth, too)
Install the program that came with your phone on your computer and connect the phone to the computer with the cable they provide/purchase separately; use the software to move things around
