OInce a year, I cough up these small white bumps and have no idea what they are. They have a foul smell. What is this?

It is food particles that have begun to form into a format for travel through your system. It is white mainly because it has already come in contact with the stomach fluids. It has the texture and color of Cottage cheese at this point. This is not medically dangerous and is sometimes caused by acid reflux, if you find it persistent, taking a tums or antacid chewable may subside the occurrences. You may be eating something like French Fries, too often, or breads commonly cause this.
