Hi, livermore!

Many churches and communities have food pantries where you can get food as well as dinners that are served for free on a regular basis, so you might want to check with city officials as well as contact a number of churches to see what might be available.

Around where I live, we have what's called Community Health Care. It's for people who are on a very low or fixed income who need medical services. Perhaps a similar organization exists where you are located?

I'm hopeful that others will also come along to address your question.

Thanks!

A good food program

angelfoodnetwork.com (http://www.angelfoodnetwork.com)

I think it is .com, it may be .org

While you pay for the food, you get a very large amount for the food you get and they do take food stamps.

Also this is not just for low income anyone can buy these and they are great, I have used them for some time now.

Have you also tried to apply for food stamps? You may be qualified and probably get at least a $100.00 a month not much but it'll help. Good luck
