Hi my hair is light brown with blonde highlights all over but I want to go fully blonde.
How can I do this by myself

Doing hair yourself is never a good idea to begin with UNLESS you are a stylist or colorist and do know what you're doing and what to use. If you want it to come out looking good, I would highly recommend going to a local salon and describing exactly what you want done.

I think you have to bleach first then get a shade and color it.
