Hi everybody
I am glad to find this site. I hope I can help others in the future. I have a bryant furnace that I am having problems with. The pressure switch is staying closed after the furnace has completed a cycle. Therefore the furnace will not start another cycle. If I take off the tubing going to the burner box I can here the pressure swith close and the furnace will start and compleat a cycle. I removed 2 screws from the cover on the burner box and that also relieved the pressure so it will run. I checked the flue pipe and it looke to be clean. I also made sure the ports was clean and the tubing was clear. Also I did not see any sags in the pipe. The furnace is about 4 years old and has been running fine.
Thanks for any help!
