I have a T3265 emachine I had to reinstall from their recovery discs (3) everything goes in but at end you remove the 3rd disc and hit any key to start to process of setup. Time zones, countries, read the EULA then when it gets to Name your computer. I type in nessary info and hit Next then it doesn't go anywhere it dies there. I tired skippin the section there's an option for it but it still doesn't go anywhere. So I thought it might be hard drive bad sectors so bought another hard drive and today on new drive it sticks in same place. So I'm thinking its either hardware or bad recovery disc. I can't take it back anywhere, owned it since 2003. Not sure where to go from here the tech support number guy tells me to troubleshoot it on web since the assitance numbers are busy constantly. So I figure I'll try my luck here

Well, the recovery disks are your best bet. If your disk 3 is corrupted, you should order a replacement set.

eMachines Support: Contacts (http://www.emachines.com/support/options.html)

Chat with Support Online (https://support.gateway.com/Support/copilot/en/us/chat_us_em_tech.asp)

Use the email option to get a message through right away indicating your need to replacement disks. Ask if they can provide a link to download them and make your own.
