Hi, I visited many website that offered user to verify and validate the SSN, but we need to pay for it in case we use their service. So, my question is can we get the related info from SSA since we are protected under freedom of information act.

Couple things. I would NEVER give my SS to ANYBODY online, except on the SECURE SS government website.

I don't know what information you're seeking, so I couldn't tell you whether it's available on the governments site. But, if it has to do with YOUR SS account, that is the ONLY place I would go.

By the way, the Freedom of Information Act doesn't offer you any protection in this regard. That act gives you access to government records, that's all.
