According to the will she has to give me 2,500 quarterly a mimium of 10,000 a year.
What happens and what do I do if she don't comply??

Your sister is suppose to have to follow the instructions and orders of the court, your share of the money should be in some separate bank account. If she does not do this, you can take her back to probate court to get it inforced. If there is a issue you may see about getting the money put into trust with regular payments scheduled
