Sewerage smell coming into downstairs bathroom, drains were blocked but now have been cleared. Smell continues to come into bathroom and also can be smelt outside. What could be the problem

It's block again not a proper job. Should have flushed it with proper chemicals to clear smell. Ask another plumber don't do the same people OK!

City sewer or septic tank?
