I am installing a bathroom in the basement which has already been roughed in about three years ago. I know that the two PVC pipes are the drain and vent(they are marked), and what the shower drain and toilet drain are but am unsure about my hook up of the vent and drain. I have included a diagram to see if I am on the right track, but I also need to know if I will need some type of pump for the toilet to be pumped into the main stack or if this was likely taken care of during the rough in?
We have a sump pump and septic tank set up if that matters?
Thanks for your help!

Tsg...

You will need to hook pipes together pretty much as drawn below. Then you will need to run that 2" vent up and connect to a 2" or larger vent upstairs or in attic... OR the vent will need to penetrate the roof by itself.

Vents pitch back toward drain about 1/8" per foot so any rain water that gets into the pipe will drain back to drain by gravity... ;)

Let us know if you need more here...

Mark nailed it. I'll just basically repeat what he said: Looking at your diagram, you have no drain for sink and dead vent

You need to continue with the pipe marked "drain" straight up, about 17" above the ground, than install Sanitary T and run dirt are to the sink location maintaining 1/4" per foot slope. Also, according to your drawing, your vent is going to nowhere. It has to keep going up and reconnect with other vents above the basement or all the way in the attic

I marked it into your drawing...
