Column one of the worksheet contains your accounts.

Column two contains youraccount debit balance.

Column three contains your account credit balance.

Column four contains your adjusting entry debits.

Column five contains your adjusting entry credits.

Column six is your adjusted account debit balance.

Column seven is yor adjusted account Credit balance.

Adjusting entries are for things like insurance used during the period or interest accrued or supplies used during the period.
