I had a miscarriage and a D&C performed on feb of this year. In may me and my husband decided to try and get pregnant again, but it has been about five months and I haven't been able to get pregnant. Does this have anything to do with the miscarriage?

Probably not... it is not unsual for it take a bit of time to conceive. If you have not indictation of possible fertility issues... irregular cycles and such, it can be perfectly normal for it take a year or so for some couples. Not what you want to hear, I know, but try not to worry that something is necessarily wrong. It certainly can ease your mind to have a preconception visit with your doctor and discuss your concerns.

I know how you feel , I lost a baby in oct last year and never fell for ages after being diagnosed with pcos three weeks later I fell naturally and I am now 7 months pregnant so stick with it, if your periods are becoming more longer get tested for pcos.. good luck it is becoming very common
