We just bought a new coleman electric down-draft furnace for our mobile home everything is wired according to the diagram, But it still will not turn on. Could there be a manufacture problem?

There could be a manufacturing problem but more than likely not. I take it you are not a professional furnace installer so here is a few things to check.

First recheck and make sure your 220 volt feeds to the furnace are powered up and that all fuses/circuit breakers are turned on. You can test for this with a meter. Next make sure that all the low voltage thermostat wires are connected correctly.

If after doing this you are probably at the end of your
expertise level and might have to call in a profesional HVAC person to do a on site inspection.

Go over the wiring diagram in the install manual just to be sure you have it correct.
