I am worried about my 2yo Rottwieler. :confused: She will be laying down or even sleeping, then all of a sudden jump up, start running around frantically, and growling or barking. Its as if there was something or someone around, but there is nothing there. :eek: She does this outside and in the house, at random times. Can anyone tell me what is going on and what I can do to help/treat her... PLEAZ!! :(Thanx in advance... :)

If she is sleeping then I would say that she is just dreaming and wakes up a bit confused.

I agree. My dog runs in his sleep and often barks and growls. But he is not an active, aggressive or even vocal dog.
