I am unable to download any programs on Vista anymore. They appear to be downloading properly, but I can't find any trace of them .

Are you downloading files from your browser? If so which browser are you using?

Do you get any error messages or does it seem like the file downloads but you don't know where it is.

Programs seem to be downloading, but I find no trace of them. Previously,I had them on my desktop after download.

It appears the download location has been changed

Download something you should get a box telling you where to save it, look there for location.

If you know the name of something you downloaded, go to search and serarch for the name of what you downloaded or partial name (ex... game*.*) and then you can find out where the files are being downloaded to
