I need some parts to fix my gapco windows.can enyone help me?

Swisco is a good resource (http://www.swisco.com/cl/Door_Window-Replacement-Hardware), however, from what I have found in research, you might want to investigate whether it will be worth it in the long run to replace the window as Gapco looks to be a bargain choice.

I am looking for a latch for the window so I can lock it down, plus can the springs be replaced, it very hard to push down, and also 1 window will not stay up unless I put something in the window, I also cracked a window, do I just take it to a window place?

We have Gapco window with plastice molding all the way around the window. All the molding has crack and I would like to replace it. Any help?
