During the summer, when it's 90 out, I'm cold. In the winter... I feel like it's -40 out. I bundle up all the time. I'm 119lbs and 5'2". I have no other health problems I'm aware of. I just can't stay warm ever. Is there something wrong with my blood maybe? Just looking for answers, or if it's normal.

I've been like that since I was a kid. Try taking 500 mg of Niacinamide a day and see if you don't warm up. That's what I take and I'm not cold anymore.

Don't know it off the top of my head, had a physical a week ago and was told it is normal though.

Some people are warm blooded, yet others are cold blooded. When it's 40 outside I still have the AC on, yet friends of mine are still cold if it is 90.
Also, have you had your iron levels checked? Sometimes this is a symptom of anemia.

I am told I have an iron deficiency, yes.
What should I eat and/or drink for that? Or should I take vitamins?

If you have an iron deficiency, this may be the culprit. You should eat green leafy veggies, red meats... here is a good website. Foods High in Iron (http://www.foodshighiniron.com/)
Also most any multivitamin contains iron.

J9 - so howcome when I take iron I don't "warm up" like when I take Niacinamide? I can't take iron anyway as I get the trots from it.
