I, like so many of you, am wondering if I'm pregnant. Specifically, I'm wondering how to tell ovulation symptoms from pregnancy.

My H and I had unprotected sex on the 6th and 9th of this month. I was supposed to be ovulating around the 11th. On the 13th, I noticed that my breasts felt slightly tender, but it was hardly anything to think about. However, they've gotten progressively more sore as the time has gone on. Touching them is almost unbearable. It started in the left breast and now the pain is in both. Over the last few days, I've felt exhausted. Last night and today I've had a slight twinge/cramp where my left ovary would be and my lower back really hurts. I don't think I ever have these symptoms until a few days before my period, which is scheduled to begin on the 25th. Please, someone, can you help me tell if this is ovulation or symptoms of pregnancy??

Well, it's only the 19th today, so it could be period symptoms coming early, along with your period. Wait until the 28th, if your period hasn't shown get an at home test, and if it's positive (or even negative if you're that concerned) schedule a doctor's appointment and get a blood test.
