I have a general electric weathertron thermostat model number 3aat80b1a1 or 2a1 both numbers are listed. I am changing to a digital thermostat but the letters on the old one and my new one are not the same. My new one is a hunter touch screen model 44860 for a 2 stage heating and ac. Can you help me match the wires appropriately. Thanks, kevin

Why? Why would anyone want to install a hunter tstat ? You are just asking for trouble

Anyone have any insight on this? I am having trouble with this Same setup. I had already had my t-stat installed though, and it is a Hunter. I keep blowing 5amp fuses inside the furnace, and I need to find out if I either have some wires hooked up wrong or its something else? Thanks

Do you have a two stage furnace and ac. Or a single stage. Need some more info here
