OK everyday I see my girlfriend then after every Friday we hang out then just today she said we don't hang out at all so I don't no what to do

Stop "just" hanging out. Get together to DO specific things, then when the things are done, go home.

Hanging out with no goals, point or structure is just asking for trouble anyway.
