I am getting a divorce and have already been to court for Child Custody and Support. Both in which we came to a agreement. It has been easy so far. Now what do I do? Do I file papers on financial stuff? He has until the 28th of October to serve me his response papers. Do I wait to get those and then we can file stuff on all the money matters? I am confused! Do you have and atty or are you doing this on your own with out aatty? You can call the court house and most court houses have a court facilitaor that helps people filinf on there own with divorce or child support papers call there first you usually have to make an appt..
