After you probation is done.. like your off. Can they still go back on it after its over if you violated your probation? Can they go back and still revoke you after your technically already off?

If you think you violated during your probation and they didn't catch the violation, I would be concerned that they could still go back on you. The only way to stop this would be that a Judge signed your Termination of Probation Order. Some states don't give the termination of probation order and some do. Call up the Clerk's office and see if any such order was entered in your case. It's public information and anyone can call the clerk's office.

There AIN'T no "technically". You are either ON probation, or you have been RELEASED. There AIN'T no in between. If you got away with something WHILE they had their hooks into you, then you got away with it. They DON'T have their hooks into you now.

No, once you're off probation, you're off.
