I have a goodman furnace that goes like this.
Inducer fan comes on, 10 secs later glow lights up,
10 secs later get blue flames
10 secs later blue flames goes out. Repeats 3 times
I have replaced the flame sensor still same problem
But here is the thing. I am only getting 10 volts to the first rollout sensor before it calls for gas. Then when it calls for gas and lights it goes to 0.00

I have also jumped the pressure switch and that didn't cure the problem. I also removed the exhaust vent (just to see if it would run with it disconnected making sure there where no obstructions in chimney) didn't fix the problem.

I have boiled it down to a board or gas valve. Wouldn't it have to be the board since I am only getting 10 volts to the valve and rollouts?

Edit I do have 26 volts before and after the safety rollouts in sequence to the gas valve when the ignitor is red.
The I have this.
I have 26 volts from the rollout to the gas valve and nothing coming from the second light blue wire going back down to the board at any time.
Should there be voltage on this light blue wire at any time?
