I wanted to know if there were any tips or self-help drills I could do to help decrease or completely eliminate the noticeable lisp I developed from over-enlarged tonsils when I was younger. These large tonsils cause my tongue protrude forward when I swallow and talk. This in turn caused me to develop buck teeth. I had braces when I was younger but after the treatments were completed the overbite came back and the lisp was just as noticeable as before. I fear if I don't correct my speech or the way my tongue lays I may relapse again when I get braces next year.

In some instances a lisp is very attractive on a woman and buck teeth were and still are considered a sign of beauty IMO.
