I recently bought a yamaha fzr 600, it won't start so I started to look into it when I found that the air filter was soaked with gas, I have no idea why, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Possibly Flooding or...

Check the oil level and see if it rises over time. Smell for gasoline. Might be oil breather.
