Trying to locate and identify a movie envolving a plane crash in Africa, with a search party encountering natives. The native leader said "never the less, hello".

It's not out on DVD yet but you might find it on VHS

It was a Tarzan movie I cannot identify, with I believe Gordon Scott as Tarzan, uttered by a killer native who used a leopard paw/claw as a weapon... On departing he wouldn't say "Goodbye." Instead he said "Never The Less Hello." Let me know what movie this was in would you?
