(Wisconsin) Divorced 1 year. Being recalled to court to examine ex's request for full child support and placement. Significant change being her engagement for new marriage and reporting little to no income now, when at divorce we were near equal. Per judgement we were to share 50/50 child cost including life, and medical insurance, as well as medical, and dental bills.

I have paid all premiums, medical bills, and dental bills in full, as well as typical children cost from 50 placement. She has not paid any. I tried to be do more then was expected of me legally. She is states I do not pay my share of the child cost. Now, will a judge take that into consideration, when examining, or should I bill her for her share? I am sure I invest much more then she thinks! Will charging her look negative in court now, or does it not matter. She has never given me any written request for any payment for anything of the children. As, I have not for her. Trying to be civil, but can't get trampoled on either?

I would not charge her for her share at this point. I would simply go into the hearing with your receipts for what you have paid.

Same situation posted by OP on another thread - should be combined in order to get a correct answer.

And, yes, I agree with Scott - billing her at this point serves no purpose. Take your paperwork to Court with you.
