Hello I'm trying to find my missing dad. He's from puero rico and was in the military. He lived in Texas for a spell left me when I was two. I was born in 1987 in Texas. His name is wyndale or windell whittler. I'm not sure how to spell his first name. He had to two other sons that I know of after I was born. Can you please help me find my dad?
