I am 14 years old. I live in Kuwait. I am an indian.The problem with me is that my face colour is not fair.This means that I am not dark.Only my face and arms.BUT MY WHOLE BODY IS VERY FAIR,BUT THEY ARE COVERED ALWAYS.In my class there are girls who are fair and darker than me.EVEN THOUGH MY NECK IS FAIR ,MY FACE IS DARK AS COMRARED TO THOSE GIRLS.When I am at home I don't sweat and thus my face is clear and fair enough.But after coming from school,I sweat and completely it becomes dark.Ihave tried many creams but no use.Please give useful advices and the imporatant tips about how to get a fair comlpexion and by how?

Shade your face with a large hat. Exposure to sunlight makes it darken.
