It has been 3 weeks since my ex broke up with me, I have done everything to get her off my mind and I keep having dreams about us getting back together and when I wake up I'm too depressed and I feel like calling her just to hear her voice

Man, I know exactly how you feel. For the last couple of days I've been having the same dreams, and waking up in the morning is truly depressing when I have to go over the whole: "Oh wait, she isn't mine afterall" thing over and over again. I'm not sure what I can tell you except to hang in there, and under no circumstances should you call her! I know I have no intentions of doing so, no matter how painful it gets.

Try not to think about her at all when you're going to bed, though. I know this is a hard thing to do, naturally, but try to either do something tiresome right before you go to bed so that you fall asleep as fast as possible, or read a good book / watch TV until you fall asleep so you have virtually no time to actually think about her.

ISneezeFunny started a thread on no contact (NC). The thread took on a life of its own. Please read it and learn! It is the most important thing you will ever read.

Try to forget her as much as you can and deleate from your computer or device who carry any songs that remind you to hear or you guys love it because that will be arrow stap in your heart so badly , the best way you can forget her is to make new relation ship with another girl who is more pretty and good so go look for it

The dreams feel like the only thing holding me back sometimes. All you can do is brush it off from my experience.

Try listening to music that can get you back to where you were the previous day as you get ready for your day when you wake up possibly. Motivational music usually works for me, songs like Eye of the Tiger, anything like that or something that has a deep emotional impact on you (in a positive way of course, don't want to listen to a song that brings up sad emotions at a point like this).

Just like the user jumping said listen to songs like as matter in fact eye of the tiger is good one but you can say it's old , I will tell you some good collection of songs will keep you away from her and don't think about her here the songs :
1- linking park - don't stay
2- neyo - go on girl
And all the linkiing park songs they will give you power to get anger and destroy the emotion don't you ever listen to songs will creat something to you believe me I have a lot of exprince and I did suffer a lot about that I don't want the same thing happen with me happen with you let her go there is millions of girls who pretty then her that is work with me try to repeat after me ( I'm man and I will find another girl who is much better then her because it's a big world , one more thing stay away from enrqiue iglesess songs that singer have a lot of damn songs will destroy emotionaly and healthy every thing you will be nothing stay away from romantic songs .

Man I know how you feel... it sucks... and yesterday, I accidentally answered my phone when she called. I had about 17 days of NC racked up, and I felt so horrible... don't submit to the torture you're going to put yourself through...
