My 1996 lancer is not starting its cranking but just won't turn over what could be the problem someone please help

. Test all under-dash and under-hood fuses with a test light or multimeter:

. Test for codes.

. Test for spark--if none, test/replace Ignition Control Module and coil.

. Test for fuel.

I tested all fuses their grand what else could it be

Check for fuel pressure and spark.

I'm getting fuel but its just a problem from the injectors the little rubber seals were gone I'm going 2 replace them and c if that solves it
