I just got this new phone about a month ago. My friend tried to send me a picture of her boyfriends accident the other night and it wouldn't open it. I thought it was just too large to open and didn't think anything about it. But today, my hubby tried to send me a pic from their camping trip and it wouldn't open his either. Sooo I am assuming I can't open pics for some reason. That is weird to me. Anybody have any ideas on what the problem might be, or if there is a setting I can change??

You probably have AT&T, right? Call any store and make sure you have media net pay per use on your account/number. Without any form of internet you will not be able to send or receive pictures even if you have a messaging package or a text/mms pay per use on account. Once added turn phone off for 30 seconds then back on.
