Did they have a warrant and/or probable cause? What did they find?

What is your argument here? Damage to the property? Unlawful trespass?

Hello johnson:

If the field is privately owned, and he doesn't have permission from the owner, he'll need a warrant.

But, I'd LOVE to hear the story, Dude.

Police when asked?

What lock, it was open when I got there.

But who owns the field can be a big issue,

Judy - I really think you're investigative intuition is right on the money.

Or else this is some sort of "pulling our leg" post.
