How much do you charge to clean a doctors office?

I would like to start my own small cleaning business, I would like to clean small business offices, doctors office... etc. I would like to do that with a friend and I would be responsible for the business from getting the name and a licence to cleaning supplies... etc. what should I charge for cleaning and how much should I pay my friend if she cleans on her own or have her grandson help her and I would be helping too. Yes. It is a cancer unit with. 18 RR. 2 waiting rooms. 7therapy rooms and 1surgical room. 10 offices and 20patient rooms. 8hallways. Front door area. All carpet except for the rooms. Empty trash in all rooms. Paper towels and toilet paper hand liquid soap. Cleaning supplies for RR.
