There's this really cute seniour guy that I kind of am liking (I'm a soph) but nobody really knows him when I ask what people think of him. He's kind of goth and I'm totally OK with that but it doesn't seem like he has a ton of friends because our school is so preppy so I don't really have friends of friends I can walk up and talk to when they're talking with him. I don't have any classes with him so casualy starting a conversation is a little hard. I see him in the halls and I try to cetch his eye but he never looks at me so I can't smile or something. Ugh. Should I give up or am I being lame in not giving this enough time? And what should I do to cetch his eye if I should keep going? I'm not exactly shy so sudjest anything.

When he leaves at the end of the school year, then what? I know you're attracted to him, but from the outside looking in at the story you're telling, it sounds like you SHOULDN'T be pursuing it.

I see you don't have any classes with him, do you have lunch at the same time or anything? It's kind of hard to talk to people between classes with only a few minutes. If you could catch him before school, or after school, or in lunch if you have it the same time you would have more time to introduce yourself, maybe talk for a couple minutes.

Well I don't have lunch w/ him and I just don't know what to say to start talking w/ him. I usually talk to guys at shows (local bands for scream-o) so we instantly have something to talk about but I feel so lost when were at school and I don't know if were even on the same page music wise
