I hope that someone reads this and knows the name of this cartoon movie. It's a cartoon movie from my childhood and I cannot find it using key words and Google searches. All I remember about it is that an alien comes to a little girls window after hearing her music box. I think the little alien plays the tune from her music box on a flute-like instrument of some kind. The only other thing I can sort of remember is that I think the little girl and the little alien are walking through the woods and there are bad aliens up in the trees. It would be so awesome to find the name of this movie. It has been bugging me for years!

Do you remember just about when the cartoon in question aired?
I remember it from the early 80's. I think my parents had it on a blank video tape with other cartoons recorded onto it so I'm not sure if they recorded it from another video tape or from the television.

I loved this movie when it came out. We had recorded it on VHS but my mom gave away the tape. I have contacted Jim Allan to no avail. I would love to get a copy somehow. If someone has a copy that I could use to make a copy then I would greatly appreciate it. I'd even be willing to pay.
