I have custody of my son and he's 16 years old and his daughter is 11 months old and the mother name 17 years old being raised by her grandmother.I'm trying to get the child on the weekends.I only have the child 2 weekends out of a month.Do I have to pay child support, because I have custody of my son in the state of New Jersey? :)

I just read a number of case and do not see any cases of grandparents being ordered to pay support when the parent of the child is a minor (in NJ).

If you are asking about visitation - grandparent visitation is not automatic. This was just posted on another thread, in great detail, by several people - https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/family-law/stepparent-rights-267380-2.html
