Hello again everybody,

New problem, I'm trying to clear up my shower/tub drain, its always been slow and sometimes are worse than others, I know its hair or something of that sort. When running the shower the tub fills up with an inch or so of water and the tub drains slow, we have used liquid plumber(which I know is bad), a plunger, yesterday I tried to snake the drain; by removing the overflow stop; but I can’t get the snake past a certain point… any other ideas

I think my snake is getting stuck at the top of the p trap… here is a picture,

If you try to plung a tub you must seal the overflow hole with a wet towel. You need to use a small snake no larger than 1/4" to make the turn past the trap. They do sell a long white plastic stripe that looks like a coarse saw blade. The barbs catch the hair and pull it out like a fish hook.
