I heard a few years back that there is a pill in the works that permanently changes the pigmentation of your skin...

Is this true?

If so, when's the big reveal?

This would definitely be something that I would invest in...

Haha... just saw your question... and it got me curious about these pills, because my fiancé has anyway complained about her white skin and her inability to get a tan, and she compares herself to me, and since I'm Indian, I have a permanent tan. Lol!

Anyway, checked out some stuff about these pills. They say they are apparently safe, but looking at the ingredients, I wouldn't agree. Some of the stuff in there is natural, but I don't know everything, so I will ask my fiancé about it, because she is a health nut and studying to be a naturopath, so will get back to you on the health aspect.

Read some reviews about it, people claiming it works and stuff, but other complained it didn't work, but made their skin turn a little orange, due to some of the stuff in the pill, so that might be something to consider, if you want to be orange. One person even said though it didn't make her tanned, it did give her an inner glow, but that could be all in her head... ;)

I got to say... any pill that changes the pigmentation of your skin scares me... a bit.

Your skin pigmentation is due to the melanocytes in your skin, and anything that messes with the skin cells... well, you're just asking for something bad to happen.

CM, just get yourself a plane tix to atl. I have a crazy resort pool.

PS - overdoing niacin turns your skin orange, while overdoing carrots turn your skin yellow.
