Married ten years - she started seeing other men after five - right after she got her green card. Last May I found a pdf file which was 152 pages of emails between she and her boyfriend in Brussles (she is Russian). The boyfriend sent it to her as a Valentine's Day present and it is a chronical of them getting to know him online over a web site called Decayanne (kind of a European Facebook).

In the document, I have the history of her affairs and a statenment saying she never really loved me - but married me to get out of Russia. OK. SHe lives in Brussels noow but is planning to get her citizenship and marriy this guy so that he can come over too. I also have a statement in one of his emails that he fooled the US State Department into giving him a visa by lying about the fact that he was in prison in the netherlands.

I wish to report this fraud and block her citizenship. She hates Americans - but wants the freedoms. I want her blocked. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Little confusing, but do you mean she is going to get her American citizenship and then bring her lover over to the States ? Bear with me. I don't think it will be easy for her to get her citizenship under the circumstances. She is not married to you any longer, is she ? If not, why don't you just report both of them to immigration and get it over and done with. The fact that you have e mails detailing her affair is neither here nor there. They won't care about that.

I would report this to INS showing them the proof that she married you to obtain citizenship.

After ten years marriage, I assume she is a permanent resident and there is nothing much you can do. Anyway, she may not be able to obtain citizenship if she is outside US over 6 months without obtaining a re-entry permit.

YES

YES - WILL NOT SIGN OFF ON THE SETTLEMENT PAPERS - WANTS ME TO PAY ABOUT $40,000 IN CREDIT CARD BILLS. I WILL HAVE TO SUE HER FOR DIVORCE.

If not, why don't you just report both of them to immigration and get it over and done with. The fact that you have e mails detailing her affair is neither here nor there. They won't care about that.

IF THAT IS THE CASE - AOK

I THOUGHT THIS WAS THE CASE - SEE NEXT RESPONSE.

SHE HAS A GREEN CARD. SHE KNOWS ABOUT THE 6 MONTH RULE - A Friend OF HERS (ACTUALLY ANOTHER GUY SHE HAD AN AFFAIR WITH) USED TO COME BACK EVERY SIX MONTHS TO KEEP CURRENT.

MY QUESTION AFTER ALL THE RESPONSES: IF SHE LIED TO GET THE GREEN CARD - DOES THAT NEGATE CITIZENSHIP?

THANK YOU ALL.

If you've been married for a short period, few months or less than a year... YES.
But after 10 years... it's very hard to prove and the more you try, the more advantage on her side.
USCIS will see you as a typical angry husband that tries to do anything to destroy the ex-wife.
File for a divorce and move on...
