In real life I want to talk to this lady to clear the air about something. I am not sure If I should. Is my granmother telling me something in the dream... Any input will help.

I figure it's just a dream, I have hundreds every night. I often dream I can go on a murdering spree and get away with it, should I follow that? All jokes aside, don't read too much into a dream

I have crazy dreams almost EVERY night. I wish I knew what dreams meant, or if they mean anything at all.

Like the others have said... its just a dream and no real weight should be given to it. If you feel you should talk to this lady than do it for your own reasons, not because of a dream.
According to my dreams I should be a millionaire rockstar jet pilot surrounded by swimsuit models... Sadly as of yet, this hasn't come to light. ;)

Don't ignore the dream. It MAY be a message, but not from the "other side". It still might be useful to figure out why you had that particular dream. Leave your grandmother's memory out of it. You don't need a supernatural explanation to do the right thing.
Dreams are YOUR mind sorting temporary information collected from the day before into your permanent memory. During that process, your mind does some awesome "connecting". Sometimes it is amazingly insightful and motivating.
As such, the dream you experience during this time might just hold some interest into things you're concerned about. Or, it could just be a wild story concocted from the previous day's facts.
Let's look at the result: A lady you have an "issue" with remains on your mind the next day. That's most likely your answer right there. Your good conscience has reminded you that this issue needs resolution.
So, resolve it. Call the lady, clear the air, then have lunch together. All better.

I agree with JB but on a side note, I always think of dreams as your brain doing whatever the hell it wants while you're sleeping, kind of like a 'when the cat is away' sort of thing. When you're not awake to 'regulate/sort out/manage your thoughts, they start doing whatever they want. They mix and match and mingle with other completely unrelated thoughts. There's no one and nothing to keep them properly filed and in order.
So on the one hand, you can't interpret your dreams literally but on the other, with nothing to force your thoughts to follow a certain order, your brain starts to think in a manner that is more free and often times revealing.
So yeah, what JB said...
