After about 5-10 miles the camaro just dies then got to wait about 2 hours to start it back up. I don't own the car but thinking about buying if its worth fixing and I know nothing about cars. Unless I can just ask a mechanic to come with me and look at the car for a price. Any help would be great.

SO its kind of random when it dies? And does it just literally shut down? Will it turn over after it dies?
Please describe exactly what it does, and what still works after it dies.
sounds like it could be an electrical problem.

This is what he said "it just dies like someone unhooks the battery. and nothing works. it is like it has no battery. then about 2 hours later it will fire back up and drive fine.... for about 10 miles or so. it is and isn't random. it will shut off whenever it want but it will NOT make it over 10 miles. ever. since this problem has started the farthest i have made it is 8 miles from my house."
