I would like to know more about a frosted Indian emerald stone.
What is its status among emeralds?

I'm finding no real emeralds called frosted. I do, though, find decorative glass called frosted emerald.

Where did you hear or see "frosted Indian emerald"?

I'm sorry to say the stone in your hand looks like jadeite jade, not emerald.
