Thank you

fdeen, good question but are you up to delegating that responsibility and letting go of that particular area of your business day. No one could actually answer this question. It relates to complete trust in the abilities of your assistant to carry out that function. Get her the appropriate software for her computer which would be an essential tool to help her help you in your day to day activities.
The point is, has she been with you long enough to know your clients well ?
Her performance and ability to grasp client activities would be essential and possibly work out quite well in the long run.
Good luck !

In addition, this is not a function of Outlook, but of Exchange. You have to be connected to an Excahnge server to be able to do this. You should be asking your Exchange admin this question. They can help you setup the delegation properly.
