I had an old cellophane on my hair and, today I went to sallys beauty to buy a honey blonde hair color, I asked the cashier what removes red undertones and she gave me something to mix in with the developers. To make a long story short my roots are the color I wanted but my ends came out burgundish. What can I do to achieve the same color as my roots

Because of the red undertones it is harder to achieve a honey blonde color. You'll most likely have to bleach your hair out and start fresh as sad as that may sound. If at all possible by a light brown color and try that, in a few washes it should be lighter, and if you're looking to go any lighter then you are after, say 2 weeks, talk to a hair stylist and get your hair lightened. Good luck.
